What's New?

  • Appointments Use Case: In this scenario, you go into a proactive outbound communication to a customer about scheduling an appointment. The customer receives a message with proposed appointments and can reply to accept, cancel, or change the appointment to a more suited date and time. The interaction can take place using SMS, WhatsApp.
  • Call Deflection Use Case: Implementing a reactive IVR to SMS/WhatsApp call deflection solution reduces inbound call volume and increases the customer service experience. Call deflection addresses the challenges of long wait times to connect to an agent during peak hours and high volume of inbound calls with a high cost to serve.
  • Acqueon Preview Outbound Campaigns: We go through an overview of the Acqueon Preview Outbounds Campaigns. We navigate through the different menus on the Acqueon UI and show you the important settings that you must have a preview campaign running. We have also provided an easy way to send your contacts to your Acqueon LCM to trigger your Campaign on your Agent Desktop.
