What's new?

Besides using the latest version 20.12, this content offers a hands-on experience with multi region fabric architecture and new features of Cisco SDWAN Version 20.12.

New features in SDWAN 20.12 include:

• Configuration Groups: This feature offers a structured approach to configurations in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN. It allows partners to create a configuration group, which is a logical grouping of features or configurations. These configuration groups can then be applied to one or more devices in the network managed by Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN.
• UX 2.0 - Policy & Topology: This feature simplifies the creation of policy groups containing various policy profiles, such as Application Priority & SLA, Embedded security, Secure Internet gateway, and DNS Security Profiles.
• Enhanced Application Aware Routing: This enhancement significantly reduces convergence times from between 10 min to 60 min, to just 10 seconds to 60 seconds.
• Security Dashboard UX Enhancements and NWPI: SDWAN 20.12 brings enhancements to the security dashboard UX and introduces new features to NWPI, which allows for auto-triggering of trace based on events, and the generation of synthetic traffic for design validation.
